Vision Nursing & Rest Home

Vision Nursing & Rest Home is a Sarnia-based non-profit (est. 1974) providing long-term nursing care (146 beds), a 36-bed residential rest home, and affordable independent and assisted apartments (Wellington Flats). The organization emphasizes holistic pastoral and recreational programming, regular accessible community outings via an on-site bus, strong family engagement through an active Family Council, broad volunteer and career opportunities, partnerships with local health and education providers (including an on-site nurse practitioner clinic and Silver Fox Pharmacy), and supports to help older adults remain connected and engaged in the Sarnia-Lambton community.
