Vision Nursing & Rest Home

Vision Nursing & Rest Home is a Sarnia-Lambton non-profit providing long-term nursing care, a residential rest home, and independent and assisted apartments through Wellington Flats. The organization delivers daily recreational, pastoral and therapeutic programs, regular accessible outings, and coordinates medications with local partners. Vision encourages family engagement via an active Family Council and offers volunteer and employment opportunities to involve the wider community.
