Sarnia Lambton Rebound
Sarnia Lambton Rebound is a volunteer-driven non-profit in Sarnia-Lambton focused on supporting at-risk youth through prevention and early intervention social skills programs. The agency provides drop-in and outreach services, expressive arts and theatre programming, supported independent living and housing supports, targeted workshops and a food pantry, while engaging volunteers, donors and community partners to reduce barriers and build belonging for young people. It also offers youth leadership opportunities such as a Youth Advisory Committee and runs events, training and community outreach to promote youth wellbeing and civic engagement.

The C.A.R.E. six week youth program at Sarnia-Lambton Rebound begins Tuesday, November 10, 2026 with weekly sessions on Tuesdays from 5 to 7 PM for ages 12 to 17. The Consent And Relationship Education Program uses expert led interactive workshops to teach communication, boundary setting, and how to recognize unhealthy behaviours.
