Ryan's Sweet Maple

Ryan's Sweet Maple is a family-owned, multi-generation maple syrup producer in Lambton Shores, Ontario (est. 1992). The Vandenberg family operates ~3,300 taps and produces about 6,000 litres of 100% pure maple syrup per year using modern equipment (reverse osmosis, modern evaporator, vacuum pipeline). They offer weekend public tours and demonstrations during the maple season (mid-February to end of March), host community events (pancake breakfasts, wagon rides), sell specialty bottled favors and retail maple products direct to visitors and by order, and maintain a large collection of maple artifacts — all under the motto 'From Tree To Table.'
