Ryan's Sweet Maple

Ryan's Sweet Maple is a family-run, multi-generation maple syrup producer in Lambton Shores, Ontario (est. 1992). The Vandenberg family operates roughly 3,300 taps and produces about 6,000 L of 100% pure maple syrup annually using modern equipment (reverse osmosis, vacuum pipeline, modern evaporator). They offer weekend public tours and syrup-making demonstrations during the maple season (mid-February to end of March), host community events (pancake breakfasts, wagon rides), sell specialty bottled favors and retail maple products (including heart- and leaf-shaped bottles with bulk discounts), and maintain one of Ontario’s largest collections of maple artifacts under the motto 'From Tree To Table.'
