Lambton Elderly Outreach
Lambton Elderly Outreach is a Sarnia-Lambton non-profit founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1980 that helps adults over 60 and adults with disabilities remain independent and connected. LEO provides transportation to medical appointments, Meals on Wheels, Friendly Visiting, home support including personal support workers and home helpers, respite, and social and wellness programs, relying on volunteers, community partnerships, and fundraising to sustain services.
