Lambton Elderly Outreach
Lambton Elderly Outreach is a Sarnia-Lambton nonprofit founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1980 that supports adults over 60 and adults with disabilities. LEO provides transportation to medical appointments, Meals on Wheels, Friendly Visiting, in-home supports including personal support workers and home helpers, respite services, and social and wellness programs to help clients remain independent and connected. The organization relies on volunteers, community partnerships, and fundraising campaigns such as seasonal events and a holiday gift program to deliver services.
