Junior Baker

Junior Baker is a by-order, 100 percent gluten-free bakery in Sarnia-Lambton that produces cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts from scratch and accommodates many other dietary needs. The bakery specializes in custom cake design, including hand-painted artwork, and requests advance notice for orders with recommended lead times for breads, cakes, and weddings. Owners Nicole and John Moore have operated the bakery since 2003, and the shop supports local causes through donation requests.
