JessicaLynn Fitness Studio is a small, community-focused fitness studio in downtown Sarnia founded by Jess Mills in 2018 that emphasizes bodyweight-based classes (yoga, barre, full-body strength), low-equipment training (TRX, bands, stability/medicine balls), small class sizes and individualized attention, plus wellness planning, nutrition consulting and accountability to help clients build sustainable, non-intimidating healthy lifestyles.
