Blackwater Coffee Company is an independent café and micro-roastery at 177 Christina St. N., downtown Sarnia, Ontario, where owner/roaster Dave Duguay (35+ years roasting) and his team roast organic, socially- and environmentally-responsible beans, serve signature blends and locally sourced food, run seasonal menus and events (Winter/Christmas/‘Coffeeween’), host educational “Coffee Sessions,” participate in community arts and tasting tours like ARTPATH, partner with local artists for pop-ups, and operate seven days a week with community-focused hours and programming.
