Serving over 750 young people annually, the agency recruits volunteers, runs fundraising events (concerts, spring show and sale, boat cruise) and coordinates low‑time‑commitment options like In‑School Mentoring to create consistent, positive adult relationships that build confidence, connection and opportunity in the community.
